How to become a Church Partner

- Within two week one of our team members will come to your place and go over the details of the program.
- Once you agree to the program, we will execute the documents necessary to become a partner.
- After you execute the required documents, our Initial Contact Team will call you to begin the process. This requires the partner to get four or more volunteers and be committed for Saturday visitations and the Sunday pickup routes.
- A contract will be executed regarding the procedure and protocol that PWM requires.
- A lease agreement will be executed for ten dollars per month to operate the bus.
- Partners will provide the required insurance to be compliant with each state’s guidelines and submit updated renewals.
- Partners are required to maintain a fifty percent occupancy on the bus each week, and if there are three consecutive months that attendance did not meet the requirement, Porky’s World Ministries has all rights to remove the bus from the location and terminate agreement.
- Partners are to provide a place of worship each week for the kids brought in by the bus.
- Partners are to provide a driver that has a CDL state license.
- Each week the partner will be required to submit the attendance and “souls saved report” on the PWM’s website portal.
- Partners are required to report to PWM a progress of the church’s attendance and a financial growth report each quarter.
What to Expect
- Initially, our team will come out and interview the partners volunteers and make the appropriate recommendations to “hire” the required staff to implement the ministry’s model.
- Porky’s team will walk hand in hand with the volunteers for two weeks to make sure Saturday visitations and Sunday route pickups are ran correctly.
- Our team will provide a weekly curriculum to ensure the stewardship of God’s Word.
- A monthly support staff member will visit the partners and help in any adequate way possible.
- Our mechanic team will be available at all times while the buses are running.
- A twenty-four -hour hotline will be available if there are any issues that arise.
- A website portal will be provided to the partner with a private login to submit the weekly attendance and kids that gave their hearts to the Lord.
